fi99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

The fi99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. fi99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the fi99 platform. fi99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage access.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own legal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not eligible to register for personal player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of fi99 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at registration. Submitting false identity information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fi99 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. fi99 does not warrant the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by the user.

fi99 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met. Such decisions are final and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

fi99 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of funds and potential account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fi99 wallet instantly upon confirmation. fi99 does not charge any fees on deposits made through Bangladesh local payment channels. Card deposit processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after all relevant KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. fi99 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published on the fi99 platform and are subject to change.
• fi99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any withheld funds will remain subject to investigation and may be forfeited if the suspicion is substantiated.
• All transactions on the fi99 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). fi99 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer.
• Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through fi99. fi99 does not withhold, collect, or remit player taxes on behalf of users. You should seek independent tax advice if you are uncertain of your obligations.

In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit or withdrawal transaction, you must notify fi99 support within 48 hours. fi99 will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, will take corrective action. fi99 reserves the right to void any transactions that resulted directly from a technical error on the platform.

The fi99 platform is intended for the personal entertainment of eligible registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or otherwise interact with the fi99 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including coordinated play in live dealer games, chip dumping in poker, or any arrangement intended to generate an unfair advantage for one or more players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the fi99 platform to gain an advantage not available to other players under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Any attempt to launder money through the fi99 platform, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the source of funds, or using a third party's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Registering more than one account on the fi99 platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions, reclaiming bonuses already received, or avoiding a self-exclusion.

fi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure without prior notice.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5, the age eligibility requirements in Section 1, or the single account policy in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, use of stolen payment instruments, or any activity that fi99 reasonably believes may constitute a criminal offence or expose fi99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring fi99 to freeze or close the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including requests submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Upon closure of a player account for reasons other than breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may be forfeited in whole or in part at fi99's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fi99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any losses arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or third-party payment processing delays. fi99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fi99 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the fi99 platform or any of the games or services offered through it. The fi99 platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. fi99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
